When we started this company we marketed ourselves as an Oracle apps consulting company. Then we morphed into a sales training consultancy and delivered sales training to a few tech companies. We realized that we needed to do something that we enjoyed, that enabled us to leverage our most valuable skills and which would add the most benefit to our clients. <br /><br />We decided on becoming a strategic adviser to tech companies in India. To put it really simply, we help tech companies get started, funded, acquired etc.&nbsp; An important clarification - we do <span style="font-weight: bold;">not</span> do any tech work ourselves - we help others start and operate companies that do tech work! Arvind's entrepreneurial experience and my (i.e., Shankar's) operating and organization skills are proving to be a great "one-two punch".
